Padang— today, Monday (2/8/2021) the Institute for Learning Development and Quality Assurance (LP3M) held a Coordination Meeting and Workshop on the Implementation of PLK Mahasiswa UNP. This activity was attended by rector, vice rector, head of LP3M, Education Office (Disdik), Department of Education and Culture (Disdikbud), Department of Youth Education and Sports (Didikpora) Regency / City province and all high schools.
Chairman of LP3M, Prof. Dr.Jamaris, M.Pd said that UNP implements PPL almost every semester. Chairman of LP3M hopes, hopefully LP3M through PPL in the future there will be quality improvement with automotic management services and ppl implementation system is automatic and digital. The challenges ahead we must create a resilient education and educators, especially in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.
On this occasion, the Rector of UNP, Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D said that UNP will continue to improve to become a smart campus so that the implementation process of high-abortion Tridharma can be carried out anywhere and anytime. The Rector of UNP expressed his appreciation to all levels of the City District Education Office who have provided opportunities to UNP students for PPL.
Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D. hopes that students can become ambassadors in providing education to the community and students (learners). Hopefully the Education Office can use PPL students to help the learning process to be better. The Rector of UNP also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Education Office of the District /City which always helps UNP in producing professional teachers.
Head of Field Experience Center, Dr. Sukardi, M.T. said that the purpose of The Educational Field Practice (PLK) is to provide real experience to undergraduate students in applying knowledge, attitudes and skills that can support the achievement of mastery of pedagogical competitions, personality, social, mastery of field materials as a whole. Besides, Dr. Sukardi also said that the spread of PLK Kab /Kota participants has been 2 semesters since 2019 based on the region / residence. (UNP Public Relations)
