Student Creativity Program (PKM) launched by the Directorate General of Higher Education is one of the efforts to grow, accommodate, and realize creative and innovative ideas of students. PKM has an impact on improving student achievement and higher education achievement in the Ministry of Education and Culture rating. Since its launch, PKM has received a positive response, both among students and college leaders. This is reflected in the increasing number of participating universities and proposals uploaded by students. In an effort to accommodate the development of creative and innovative ideas of students, PKM continues to be developed and refined so that students are able to anticipate, understand and even contribute and excel, therefore a handbook is drawn up in order to facilitate the preparation of proposals and understanding of some areas of PKM that exist and offered.
